This acquavite (grappa made from grapes) is made from the must (new wine) of fresh Canaiolo Nero grapes.
Fragrantia undergoes the process of distillation immediately after fermentation.
It is surely a better product than the usual grappa as it is not made from the residue of grapes or dregs but from the best available must in the cellars during the harvest.
It has a persistent and very intense fruity bouquet.
