There is just a small production for what represents "the jewel" of our selection.
Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, it is put in oak french barriques of Allier for 30 months.
It is produced only in case of excellent harvests. It has been produced in the following years: 90-91-93-94-95-97-99-00-01
Its colour is a garnet intensive rubin red, with a mature fruity odor and a fairly fine scent of vanilla given by oak.
A generous wine which can withstand up to 15 years' aging though we suggest not drink it before the fifth year.
